AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga offers authentic yoga with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock/cocoon to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. In the class, you’ll relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. You will be guided to experience spine release, facial release, refined strength and co-ordination, energetic flow, and awareness of breath, body and movement. Supported by the silk, you’ll let go into gravity, deepen your practice, and enjoy the fun of elevated, flying yoga. The joy of flying is very present in the practice.

 

Iyngar based Yoga and pilates based core strength

Yoga to relax and tone, and allowing the life giving properties of breath to reach all areas of our body.  I use the gift of our imagination to engage you with the movement.  

Through a necessity to engage more deeply with the nuances of my own core strength, after breaking my L1 vertebre and various back pain, I delight in sharing my knowledge with my students.
