This class is designed to push your limits, develop your longevity and you propensity for joy. We work towards development of not only your physical strength, flexibility and creativity, but your mindfulness of self, your emotional body and your mental limits.  We work with your individual self and how your individual self relates in group, through various exercises, play and a small amount of theory. 

I have developed this class from my 20 years of training through various disciplines:

Grotowski's Physical Theatre, Butoh, 5 Rhythms, Fighting Monkey, Contact Improv, and African Dance.   It brings me great delight to share this work with you.  Stay tuned for the new calendar starting September 2018.
